Role Overview

We are hiring a

Leadership Associate (Tech & Operations)

to join

Olive by Embassy Group , the hospitality arm of one of India’s leading real estate developers who will help Olive strengthen its

AI-enabled hospitality systems

and operational backbone. You will rotate across departments with the mandate to improve efficiency through

automation, dashboards, and AI agents .

Key Responsibilities

Rotate across core functions — Operations, Business Development, Revenue, Legal, HR with a mandate to

implement technology and process innovation .

Support the design and deployment of

AI agents and workflow automations

(e.g., lead evaluation, contract review, revenue dashboards, hiring pipeline management).

Assist in

tech pilots

— CRM upgrades, guest apps, AI auditing, and workflow automation.

Support integration of multiple platforms into

central dashboards / APIs .

Work with business teams to

analyze requirements , identify gaps, and translate them into tech-enabled solutions (LLMs, workflow automation, dashboards, collaboration platforms).

Present business cases and tech process improvements to leadership

Explore and deploy

new-age tools

for everyday business use cases.

Desired Profile

Education :

B.Tech / B.Arch + MBA from IIT / IIM or other top-tier institutes

Experience :

2+ years of relevant experience.

Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, comfort with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus. Curiosity and hands-on exposure to

AI / automation tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, Zapier / Make, Power BI / Tableau).

Mindset :

Tech-forward, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial. Excited to experiment, prototype, and scale solutions.
