About the Role

Next-Gen Identity is looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong expertise in FireMon and network security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing enterprise network environments while contributing to our security and identity-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network infrastructures.
• Manage and optimize firewall policies using FireMon for visibility, compliance, and rule analysis.
• Perform regular network security audits, policy reviews, and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, and cloud teams to ensure secure integration across environments.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Work on network automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
