As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager who can ensure seamless coordination across projects, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, aligning shoot schedules, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution across pre-production, production, and post-production. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance creative and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Project & Shoot Management
- Plan, schedule, and align shoot requirements, ensuring availability of resources, crew, and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics including location booking, permissions, travel, and vendor management.
- Oversee production timelines, ensuring shoots and deliverables are completed as per client expectations.
Client Coordination & Servicing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and updates.Manage client expectations by providing timely solutions, progress reports, and addressing escalations.Work closely with account managers to align operational goals with client deliverables.Production & Post-Production Oversight
Bridge the gap between creative, production, and post-production teams.Monitor workflows to ensure editing, VFX, sound, and final delivery meet quality standards and deadlines.Ensure smooth handover of deliverables to clients with proper documentation.Operational & System Alignment
Establish, implement, and optimize operational systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and documentation standards.Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.Team & Vendor Coordination
Manage cross-functional collaboration across creative, design, video, and digital teams.Liaise with external vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure timely project execution.Mentor junior team members on operational best practices.Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project execution and proactively provide solutions.Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining client satisfaction.Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain dashboards and reports on project status, timelines, budgets, and client feedback.Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, Operations Management, or a related field.3-4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or advertising environment.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality standards.Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams and external vendors.What We Offer
