In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

• Company Secretary (CS) qualification - ICSI member.
• . 10-15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an MNC or reputed law / compliance firm.
• . Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
• . Experience in managing corporate compliance for FDI / ODI, ECB, and similar cross-border transactions.
• . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• . High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
• . Experience working with MNCs and exposure to international regulatory environments is an advantage.
