Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and producers to understand the creative vision and conceptualize suitable props and styling for each project.

Identify, source, and procure a wide variety of props based on style, period, and theme. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, antique dealers, and rental agencies to expand prop options.

Expertly arrange and style props on set to enhance the overall visual aesthetic. Ensure strong attention to composition, color harmony, and intricate details to achieve the desired atmosphere.

Work closely with photographers, set designers, and the broader creative team to maintain a cohesive visual direction. Ensure all props support and elevate the project’s visual narrative.

Plan, track, and manage prop budgets for each project. Identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising visual quality or creative intent.

Maintain a well-organized prop inventory, overseeing storage, upkeep, and transportation. Ensure all props remain in excellent condition and ready for use.

Proactively anticipate challenges related to prop sourcing or styling and provide innovative solutions, especially when dealing with rare or hard-to-find items.
