Reporting Time : 09 : 30 AM till 12 : 30 PM Round 1 - Aptitude Assessment (10 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM) Round 2 - Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12 : 30 PM to 04 : 00 PM) Note - Post 12 : 00 PM (entry not allowed) Job Location : Pune Qualification : Any Graduates Shifts : Flexible Experience : 2 to 5 Years Designation : Process Specialist Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics Advanced proficiency in SAP Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US) Required to be physically present in the office on all working days Graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics Advanced proficiency in SAP Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US) Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
