Role Overview

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager who brings proven experience in UK & Europe recruitment processes — someone who understands how to navigate compliance, source strategically, engage clients, and drive performance.

You’ll have the autonomy to build the delivery structure, lead a team, and expand the TEKgence footprint across Europe .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for UK and Europe clients .

✅ Build and mentor a dedicated delivery team , setting strong performance benchmarks.

✅ Develop and implement best-practice sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels.

✅ Ensure GDPR compliance , right-to-work checks, and adherence to regional hiring laws.

✅ Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership to fulfil open roles efficiently and maintain client satisfaction.

✅ Create reporting frameworks , delivery dashboards, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.

✅ Stay ahead of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill demands in the European region.

Desired Skills & Experience

🔹 7+ years of experience in UK & Europe staffing / recruitment .

🔹 Deep understanding of permanent, contract, and MSP recruitment models .

🔹 Strong command over VMS portals, rate negotiations, and compliance requirements .

🔹 Proven ability to scale teams, streamline operations, and hit delivery targets .

🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities.

🔹 Prior experience with EOR, payroll, or global delivery models is a plus.
