Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions for our in-house teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth hiring and operational processes aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Post openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms;

manage direct candidateoutreach.

Qualifications & Skills

familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools preferred.
