Responsible for
- Updating job descriptions, Screen resumes or applications.
- Maintain rapport with manpower consultants, examining, shortlisting applications and coordination with candidates and interviewers.
- Draft and release advertisement in local newspapers, conduct walk-in interviews and job fairs.
- Exposure to handle various Job portals and use of social media for job posting is essential.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Understanding of technical and non-technical roles in manufacturing (e.g., engineers, machine operators, quality inspectors, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously.Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliances.Exposure to blue-collar and campus recruitment.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.Fluent in [local language] and English.Skills Required
