Role : Integrated Risk Management - Technical Product Owner

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Risk Management - Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a significant focus (at least 3 years) on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), enterprise risk management technologies, or similar solutions. This role requires a strong technical understanding, the ability to shape integrated risk management dashboards, and a proven track record in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Shape and enhance integrated risk management dashboards, providing centralized, intuitive views of risk activities and outcomes to management across various risk domains.
• Translate complex business needs and risk management requirements into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, optimal design, and successful implementation of IRM features.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder demands.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the development team.
• Work with low-code / no-code solutions, including managing change control governance within such tools.
• Utilize JSON and REST APIs for defining integration requirements and understanding technical solutioning.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends in integrated risk management, GRC, and relevant technologies.
