We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in paid media / digital advertising.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
