Bridge Counsels works on a distinctive model. We provide Fractional General Counsel services to startups and growth-stage companies.

This means we act as their strategic legal partner across contracts, governance, DPDP compliance, AI-law advisory, business risk alignment, and legal-led decision support for founders.

This internship offers students a close look at how these Fractional General Counsel services operate in real time.

Who Should Apply

Ideal candidates are 4th–5th year law students with :

• Strong drafting skills (contracts, notices, structured research writing)
• Clear and confident written & verbal communication
• Professional attire, conduct & discipline
• Interest in corporate, technology, DPDP and startup law
• Ability to develop structured content (briefs, insights, policy notes)
• Curiosity for how legal strategy supports business growth through the Fractional General Counsel services model
