Job Description
- Work with team members to ensure alignment of the CRM system with business processes.
- Customize CRM software to fulfill Business requirements.
- Identify system problems and troubleshoot solutions.
- Update system, applications, and functionalities as needed.
- Create and maintain system documentation and CRM process instructions.
- Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure optimal functionality.
- Proven experience as an Dynamics CRM engineer, architect, or similar role.
- Extensive experience with on-line implementations and managing CRM software and third-party interfaces.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders.
- Support and Issue resolution.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(Online). Experience in CPQ is a plus
- Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions with experience in experience with Sales and Marketing. Field Service is a plus
- Development experience with Dynamics CRM (OData, Plugins, Workflows, API integration using SDK).
- Experience in using the Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops).
- Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST / SOAP), SFTP.
- Experience working with C#, JavaScript, HTML / CSS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Support and Issue Resolution.
- Solving performance problems, tuning & optimization.
- Ensuring High availability and Disaster recovery.
