Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Team Lead – Stock Market

to manage and guide a team of executives / traders. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory frameworks, along with proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a team of market executives / analysts to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor market movements, guide the team on live market operations, and provide support during trading hours.

Plan and execute strategies to increase client base, revenue, and trading volume.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous training & mentoring.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

Coordinate with management to implement new initiatives and achieve organizational goals.

Prepare reports on team performance, market activities, and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in stock broking, trading, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.

NISM certification (Equity Derivatives)

is mandatory.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in trading platforms and MS Office tools.

Good to Have :

Experience in client acquisition, revenue generation, and team expansion.

Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).

Exposure to digital campaigns or offline market activities for client reach.
