ServiceNow Lead - CREQ Description Establish (or refresh) policies and procedures for managing both hardware and software asset lifecycles, inclusive of business practices that join financial, contractual, and IT asset inventory

Explore opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources

Evaluate asset management processes on a recurring basis to ensure best practices are being leveraged, including participating in benchmarking efforts

Identify opportunities for optimization of assets based on numerous factors including utilization

Implement best practices in line with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and NIST (National Institute of Standards) : Research best practice frameworks, Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify which practices should be implemented, Prioritize and develop short-term and long-term plans for implementing, create KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the plans and monitor / track performance, Develop process improvement / mitigation plans to resolve issues, track progress of plans
