Senior Legal Manager - IBC, CIRP, NCLT, NCLAT

Centrik Group is a boutique legal firm providing legal & consulting services in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RERA, and related Laws before various courts / authorities like NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court for national and international clients. Innovation, Zeal, passion, and hard work define us as a firm.

Now, we are looking to add more practicing fields and industries. And accordingly looking for an experienced, talented candidate having experience of 2-5 years in the relevant of IBC, CIRP, Liquidation management. We welcome practices with experience in :

Corporate Litigation and Advisory

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws

Arbitration and mediation

Tax Litigation and Advisory

Legal practice in Privacy and other related fields

Corporate Finance

Due diligence

Good Drafting & Arguing Skills,

Corporate Restructuring and Resolution

Qualities and Job Descriptions -

The Candidate shall be responsible for the overall management of the CIRP case, including analysis, compliance, communication, and handling the legal cases and all legal affairs of real estate Companies / projects.

Law graduate or CS with up to 2-5 years of experience in drafting, appearance, and arguments before various courts

The candidate must have excellent command over drafting with various stakeholders, including banks, homebuyers, ex-management, and other Govt & Non-Govt Authorities

Skills for Coordination and liaison with internal & external lawyers and attorneys representing our clients for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various matters and proceedings all over India.

Liaise with the clients of the Firm for various legal matters.

Candidates who are LLB / LLM and related fields and who are blended with the motive of innovation will be preferred.

Experience in Insolvency process compliances, Drafting, arguments, and appearances across the judiciary, including NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court
