Job description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product design lifecycle from research, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing UI / UX solutions that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistent product experiences.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of professional experience in product management and UI / UX design.

Proven portfolio of successful web and mobile product designs.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals for effective developer collaboration.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in eCommerce or SaaS product design.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) for data-driven design improvements.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
