Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery

• Lead and manage all HR Shared Services functions including Onboarding, Global Mobility, employee data management, HRIS and employee Helpdesk
• Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across all business units and geographies
• Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Experience :

Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
