Location : 100% Remote (Full-time)

Compensation : ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 INR per month

The Mission

We are a 5-person founding team building AI-powered "Growth Flywheels" for businesses. We’re not hiring an "employee" to follow a playbook. We are recruiting a Founding Team Member to own our most critical 0-to-1 growth metrics. You will be in the room as we build the map, not just follow it.

Your Role : The Experiment Engine

This is not a "brand marketing" job. This is a metrics job.

Your mission is to find non-obvious channels, live in the data, and design / run the experiments that move our acquisition, activation, and retention numbers. You will have full ownership of this loop. You will be the person who finds the problem, proposes the test, builds the landing page, runs the A / B test, and reports on the numbers.

Who You Are : A High-Agency Operator

• Proven (1-2 Years) : You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth metrics at a startup.
• A Self-Starter : You don't need a task list. You find the biggest problem, identify the highest-leverage opportunity, and start solving it.
• Metrics-Obsessed : Your past work isn't about "brand awareness." You talk in numbers (e.G., "Grew DAUs by 20%," "Ran 10 A / B tests that improved activation by 15%").
• High-Velocity : You have a bias for doing. You'd rather launch three micro-experiments in a week than spend that week "making a plan."
