Role in a Nutshell

Senior Associate - Developer Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to increase product awareness, education, and adoption among developers. This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive community growth and engagement. Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with a focus on building communities, is essential.

Location - This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai

Desired Experience

B2B SaaS marketing experience

Experience in marketing to developers or from a developer-first, developer-plus organization - non-negotiable / must have

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What will you do

Implement and oversee developer programs with a focus on awareness, education, and adoption of our products.

Understand our current user base and identify opportunities to reach a broader audience.

Develop strategies to grow and scale the developer community, creating campaigns to engage with developers on a large scale.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with company goals.

Conceptualize and create engaging content and events to foster active participation and interaction among community members.

Design and conduct experiments across various marketing channels (email, social media, content, events, etc.) to discover effective acquisition and growth strategies. Continuously analyze data to make informed decisions.

Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
