Designation : Sales Department (B2B SaaS)

Location : Gurgaon - Onsite

Compensation : Competitive Salary

About the role :

We're building the next generation of enterprise SaaS in procurement. This role is designed for ambitious IIM A / B / C graduates who want to drive enterprise sales, strategic growth and CXO-level engagements. You'll be directly contributing to revenue, owning large accounts and fast-tracking into a leadership role.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in India and probably the International regions, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Drive the acquisition of new enterprise customers by effectively articulating the value proposition of our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and product feedback loop.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Display enthusiasm for team building and actively participate in the hiring process.

Should have a willingness to travel.
