Environmental Technical Advisor (Regional)

We are currently seeking an environmental professional with leadership qualities and proven compliance experience in water and wastewater operations to join our Operations Support Team based in Bunbury. This key role will be supporting the South-West Region to meet environmental compliance and management requirements.

What the role will entail.

As the Technical Advisor Environment, your focus will be to provide environmental advice, guidance, and support to the region across monitoring, investigation, approvals, compliance, and contract management. You will also manage the environmental management system and all reporting associated with environmental obligations.

Key skills and experience :

The successful applicant will hold a tertiary qualification in environmental science, applied science, engineering or natural resource management, and have considerable experience managing the environmental impacts and regulatory obligations associated with the water and wastewater industry.

In addition, you will also have well developed stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills and a strong commitment to effective environmental management outcomes and influence positive change.
