Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Non-IT (Lateral Hiring) to lead end-to-end hiring for business, operations, and functional roles across Cult.fit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-tech lateral hiring , exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure we attract and onboard the best talent aligned with our company's culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT lateral roles across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements and define role expectations.
• Drive sourcing through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.
• Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).
• Collaborate with external agencies for niche or high-volume lateral hiring.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives within the TA function.
