We are looking for an experienced professional to lead operations, fund management oversight, governance, and regulatory compliance in line with IFSCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, fund management, compliance & risk activities
• Act as the primary liaison with IFSCA and other regulators
• Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Ensure compliance with investment mandates and disclosure norms
• Drive governance policies and timely regulatory filings
• Lead and mentor teams with high integrity and professional standards
• Experience in international trade operations and punching required

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate or professional qualification in Finance
• 5+ years in fund management, portfolio management, or investment advisory
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and governance
