Role Overview

We are looking for a serious part-time co-founder who can commit 20–25 focused hours per week and take ownership of a core vertical.

This is not a passive advisory role.

This is structured, measurable, and outcome-driven involvement.

You will own and drive one or more of the following:

• Product & System Development
• Business Development & Partnerships
• Operations & Execution
• Market Expansion & Growth
• Strategic Planning & Fundraising Preparation
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive measurable weekly execution goals
• Build and manage early-stage systems
• Close and manage key partnerships (gyms, hospitals, vendors, kitchens, etc.)
• Develop scalable frameworks for growth
• Collaborate closely with founder on strategic decisions
• Contribute to investor readiness and expansion planning
  

Commitment Expectations

• 20–25 hours per week (structured & documented work)
• Weekly review & accountability tracking
• Active on-ground involvement in Bhubaneswar
• Long-term alignment mindset (minimum 2–3 year horizon)
