Designation : Inventory Manager

Location : Ahmedabad-Gujarat

Job Overview :

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely management of inventory across Renee Cosmetics’ warehouses and distribution channels. The role focuses on optimizing stock levels, maintaining system accuracy, and enabling smooth coordination between sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end inventory planning, replenishment, and control.

Drive inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and shrinkage control

Manage WMS / ERP systems, SKU mapping, and MIS reporting.

Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Implement SOPs for FIFO / FEFO, expiry, returns, and non-moving stock.

Optimize inventory levels for availability and working capital efficiency.

Qualification and Skills :

5+ years of experience in Inventory / Supply Chain roles

Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP, Excel / Google Sheets, and analytics.

Proven track record in inventory accuracy and multi-warehouse operations.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
