LENS Corporation is a growing deep-tech startup building  AI-driven and cloud-native solutions . We work on high-impact enterprise and government projects, and we’re looking for a creative  UI Designer  to help us deliver seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly experiences.

Role Overview

As a  UI Designer , you will design, refine, and optimize interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and enhance  existing UI designs  for usability and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align designs with business goals.
  • Create and iterate on  prototypes, wireframes, and design mockups .
  • Develop  information architecture  to ensure content is structured and accessible.
  • Conduct  user research  and analyze behavioral data and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Apply  visual design principles  (color, typography, layout) to improve user experiences.
  • Test designs to ensure solutions are functional and effective.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining  design systems .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in  Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field .
  • 2–4 years of UI design experience  with a strong portfolio of web and / or mobile projects.
  • Proficiency with tools such as  Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, and Balsamiq .
  • Strong skills in  visual design, wireframing, and prototyping .
  • Experience with  Design Systems  and theming using  CSS frameworks  (Bootstrap, Foundation).
  • Strong understanding of  UI / UX principles  and ability to present and justify design decisions.
