Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic AVP – SEO lead our organic search initiatives while playing a key role in supporting business development efforts. This hybrid role combines deep SEO expertise with presales acumen, enabling the candidate to drive organic growth and contribute to winning new business through solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and lead enterprise-level SEO strategies across web properties
- Oversee technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO into product and marketing workflows
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Technical SEO :
Conduct advanced technical audits and implement scalable solutionsOptimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web VitalsWork closely with engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices in development cyclesContent & On-Page Optimization :
Guide keyword strategy and content planning based on search intentOptimize metadata, internal linking, structured data, and UX alignmentCollaborate with editorial teams to enhance content discoverabilityAnalytics & Performance :
Define SEO KPIs and build dashboards to monitor traffic, rankings, and conversionsUse tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming FrogAnalyze competitive landscape and identify growth opportunitiesTeam Leadership :
