Job Title : Accounts Trainee

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, fee collection, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with discount and refund approval processes.

Verify and update cash book entries and perform weekly reconciliations.

Follow up on student fee payments and overdue accounts.

Check petty cash vouchers and ensure proper documentation.

Verify financial data provided by centers (e.G., publication sales).

Prepare daily and weekly financial reports.

Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and batch details.

Coordinate with center staff on financial matters.

Qualifications :

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills.
