We are expanding our team and looking for committed professionals : Position- Accounts Head (Hospital Finance) Experience- Minimum 10 years in accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a healthcare / hospital Qualification : M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Oversee end-to-end financial operations of the hospital and medical college. Supervise accounts team – billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and statutory compliance. Finalization of accounts, TDS, GST, income tax, audit coordination. Budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting. Handle hospital billing software integrations and financial reporting. Liaise with auditors, banks, and statutory bodies. Strong understanding of hospital-specific revenue and expense models (insurance, cashless, empanelment billing) Preferred Skills : Strong leadership and team management. Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and hospital billing systems. Experience in setting up SOPs, process automation, and financial control systems.
