About the Role :
- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our HR Technology team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to work on innovative SuccessFactors and S / 4HANA-integrated HR solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Employee Central configuration, implementation, and support, as well as a strong understanding of core HR processes such as organizational management, employee data, position management, and workflows. You will work directly with global HR teams, IT counterparts, and technical consultants to ensure the design and delivery of high-quality HR solutions that enhance business efficiency and employee style="font-size : 16px;">
Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementation and Configuration :
Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.Translate HR processes into SAP SF EC configurations using data models, workflows, and business rules.Configure Foundation Objects, Employee Data Models, Position Management, Event Reasons, and Workflows.Design and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) ensuring secure and compliant access control.Work on custom reports and analytics using People Analytics / Report Center.2. Integration and Data Management :
Manage and coordinate data migration from legacy HR systems into EC, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Support integration with SAP Payroll, S / 4HANA, and third-party HR systems using CPI / Boomi / HCI middleware tools.Collaborate with technical teams (Integration / ABAP) for custom developments or API-based integrations.Handle data imports, mass changes, and system updates using CSV templates and integration tools.3. Testing, Documentation & Support :
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with HR users.Provide go-live support, ensure timely resolution of production issues, and maintain system stability.Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration, customizations, and release notes.4. Continuous Improvement :
Keep up with SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess impact on EC configuration.Recommend system enhancements and process improvements aligned with HR transformation goals.Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for HR administrators and key business users.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in HR operations.Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant.Proven experience in full-cycle implementation or support projects for global clients.Strong knowledge in :
Employee and employment data managementFoundation Objects and Position ManagementBusiness Rules, Workflows, and Event ReasonsRole-Based Permissions (RBP)Time Off and ReportingGood understanding of integration touchpoints between EC and other SAP modules or systems.Hands-on experience with Data Migration, Provisioning, and Instance Configuration.Experience with SuccessFactors Release Management and quarterly update testing.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with HR, IT, and business teams globally.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP Certified Application Associate SuccessFactors Employee Central.Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation).Experience integrating EC with S / 4HANA, SAP HCM, or third-party payroll systems.Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.Experience in multi-country implementations and localization configurations.Educational Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Soft Skills :
