Senior Technical Program Manager( 6-10yrs experience only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives at the R&D. The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities of a technical guidance provider with innovation in mind., ensuring Agile best practices are followed and program execution is aligned with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters.
• Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications
