We are looking for an experienced IT Presales professional with strong proposal-writing expertise who is eager to transition into the Federal space. The role involves leading the creation of high-quality technical proposals, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, and contributing to federal capture activities such as opportunity identification, capture management, and bid strategy support.

Key Responsibilities :
Proposal Development & Management
Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including RFP analysis, storyboarding, content development, and final submission.
Create compelling, compliant, and customer-focused technical proposals for IT services (cybersecurity, cloud, application development, digital transformation, etc.).
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, teaming partners, and sales teams to gather inputs and translate them into impactful proposal content.
Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to submission deadlines.
Apply industry-standard proposal methodologies, including color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), to strengthen proposal quality.
Participate in Go / No-Go discussion s
with stakeholders, providing insights on feasibility, competitiveness, and alignment with organizational strengths.
Presales & Technical Solutioning
Partner with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Develop persuasive value propositions, technical write-ups, and solution differentiators.
Support presentations, demonstrations, and proposal defense sessions with clients when required.
Assist in building proposal templates, reusable content libraries, and knowledge bases to enhance efficiency.
Federal Capture Support
Support Federal Capture efforts by identifying opportunities on various portals such as SAM.gov, GovTribe, FedConnect, GovWIN & GSA ebuy.
Provide intelligence on federal RFPs, RFIs, and upcoming bids to support pipeline development.
Coordinate with capture managers to align technical proposal strategy with broader capture goals.
Drive timelines, coordinate inputs, and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-time submissions.

What We’re Looking For :
3–8 years of experience in IT Presales, Proposal Writing, or Bid Management within the technology industry.
Proven proficiency in drafting technical proposals and managing RFP / RFI processes.
Familiarity with solution domains such as cybersecurity, cloud, IT infrastructure, SaaS, or managed services.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment.
The key expectation is strong proficiency in writing proposals of a technical nature.
