Our Daimler Trucks dealerships are inviting committed and enthusiastic Apprentice Technicians to join the team and be an integral part of our ongoing success in the ever-evolving transport sector.

You will have the opportunity to receive ongoing manufacturer and in house training in addition to your formal training in a modern workshop with diagnostic equipment and tools.

About The Role :

  • Assist with the servicing of machinery under warranty
  • Assist with the diagnosis and fault finding in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service
  • Assist the Workshop Leading Hand and Diesel Mechanics as directed
  • Assist service personnel to ensure machinery is serviced or repaired in a timely manner
  • Ensure a safe working environment and report any safety incidents or concerns appropriately
  • Servicing and maintenance to a wide range of American, Japanese and European heavy vehicles
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

    • About You :

  • Willingness to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • An understanding of safe work practices
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Motivated to learn and passionate about the automotive industry
  • Have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Any experience working on vehicles would be beneficial.
