Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic L&D Manager to lead the development of our learning strategy driving organizational performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning. As the Head of Learning & Development you will be responsible for architecting leading and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with our companys strategic goals and growth plans. This pivotal role will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients by developing our talent to meet both current business objectives and future growth challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the companys strategic goals and growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team on all matters related to talent development capability building and organizational effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor key L&D metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness ROI and business impact of all learning initiatives.
  • Manage the L&D budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to benchmark our L&D initiatives against industry best practices and key competitors.
  • Analyze emerging trends in the future of work skills demand and innovative learning technologies to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge.
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis in collaboration with business heads and HR to identify critical skill gaps and development priorities across all levels.
  • Design curate and deploy a blended learning curriculum encompassing core consulting skills functional expertise leadership development and soft skills & behavioral training.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of flagship learning programs.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors coaches and subject matter experts to supplement internal capabilities.
  • Foster the development of an internal faculty and mentorship program to cultivate knowledge sharing and leadership from within.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) its selection implementation and evolution to create a seamless and engaging learner experience.
  • Leverage technology to personalize learning paths track progress and promote a self-directed learning culture.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and feedback throughout the organization.
  • Create initiatives that promote knowledge management and collaborative learning across teams and geographies.
