Purpose
The purpose of the Leaning & Development advisor role is to effectively coordinate learning interventions and facilitate L&D programmes within Forvis Mazars to ensure a great learning experience and compliance with the planning, delivery and evaluation of Learning & Development interventions. This role will also require hands on delivery of training as required for India Office. Experience of content development and delivery including facilitation and coaching skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
Quality L&D Coordination
The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure all learning interventions are delivered in a well-coordinated way. This includes, though not limited to :
Quality planning of Learning & Development as per the delivery format standard operating procedures and service level agreements :
On time
Correct formats
Quality Assurance
Proactive Campaign Management (including waiting list management)
Ensuring there are sufficient learners for each programme.
Active management of future training session requirements
Collaboration with the greater Learning & Development Team in the UK and Business Subject Matter Experts to understand scheduling and resourcing requirements.
Working with the learning design team to ensure the correct information is available for learners to understand the learning interventions e.g., brochures, infographics etc.
Registration management :
Extensions
Monitor and modify registrations as required.
Review and manage existing and closed courses and sessions.
Follow-up and follow through on all queries relating to each learning project / intervention coordinated.
Resource coordination in accordance with standard operating procedures
including booking of venues (virtual or physical)
guest speakers
equipment / remote delivery tools, and
associated facilities / resources / tools supporting remote and / or face-to-face delivery options.
Monitoring and follow-up of attendance of learning projects / interventions in line with requirements
Updating the Learner Management System (LMS) and project files as required with learning materials, attendance records and other project requirements.
Ensuring all reminders / notifications and pre and post communication are correctly sent out to maintain a high level of attendance.
Acting as the point of contact for all learners
2.Stakeholder Management
Proactive tracking of project / intervention plans including ongoing liaison with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation through clear, timely and consistent communications throughout the course lifecycle.
3.Reporting and Communication
Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing and escalating (where appropriate) potential issues.
Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Measuring and reporting on project performance
Compilation of month-end and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Review assessments / evaluation feedback and generate insights.
Learning Facilitation and Learning Needs Analysis
Facilitation / Delivery of learning programmes in accordance with the learning and development facilitation standards and course design.
Updating of the Learner Management System with the attendance of training
Identification of learning needs with client base and working with the Learning Design and Leadership Development Team to design and implement the best solution to address the learning needs.
Aligned to a Professional Excellence programme lead, supporting the delivery of the programme. Facilitation will be part of the role and a balance will be found between keeping skills fresh and relevant within the job role.
Support the design and implementation of clear career pathways and expectations, linking in with the business, the learning team and subject matter experts.
4.Projects
Supporting and leading the India Learning & Development Team with coordination of other types of learning related projects / workshops when required, which may include preparation and distribution of materials such as agendas and other resources.
Monitoring and reporting on progress of project-related activities to the project team.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for improving processes or practices in the department and lead the implementation of these. This could include the implementation of new technologies or updating of workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at all stages.
