Sales & Customer Engagement

Proactively contact potential and existing customers to sell travel packages, flights, hotels, car rentals, and cruises focused on the US market.
Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
Upsell and cross-sell travel-related services to maximize revenue.

Booking & Reservation Management

Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services accurately and efficiently.

Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability.

Customer Service & Support

Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the sales process.

Offer post-sale support including itinerary updates and travel advisories.

Market Knowledge & Product Awareness

Stay updated with current travel trends, airline policies, and tourism regulations in the US.

Keep informed about promotional offers, deals, and special packages.

Educate customers about travel requirements such as visas, insurance, and COVID-19 protocols.

Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM and booking systems.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Team Collaboration & Training

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless travel experience.

Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
