The Role
We are seeking an exceptional and highly organized Company Coordinator Intern to act as the central nervous system for our growing team. This is a unique, high-responsibility role that goes far beyond a typical internship. You will work directly with the co-founders, touching every aspect of the business from HR and recruitment to project management and internal communications. You will be the key person ensuring our team is aligned, engaged, and operating at peak efficiency.
This is a 3-month, unpaid internship ideal for a student with proven leadership abilities who is looking to gain strategic operational experience in a tech startup.
What You&aposll Do
- HR & Recruitment : Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and managing our applicant tracking system.
- Employee Management & Engagement : Help onboard new team members, manage employee records, and develop initiatives to foster a positive and productive remote work culture.
- Operational Coordination : Act as a central point of contact for the team, coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Internal Communications : Prepare and disseminate internal announcements, meeting agendas, and summary reports using Google Workspace to ensure the entire team is aligned on key objectives.
- Executive Support : Provide direct support to the co-founders on strategic projects and day-to-day operational tasks.
Who We&aposre Looking For
A current undergraduate or Master&aposs student, preferably in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.Exceptional communication skills (written and oral). You must be able to articulate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively.A natural leader with demonstrable experience in managing people or leading teams (e.g., in student clubs, previous internships, or volunteer work).A solid understanding of HR principles and hiring processes.Must be highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.What You Will Gain
