Technical Content Strategist (Experience- 2+ years)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You will work closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English Honors, Literature, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience is preferable.
• Prior experience in technical content creation, content strategy, or technical writing : ideally 2+ years.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
• Experience with writing about Salesforce technologies, platforms, or implementations is a plus.
• Familiarity with product documentation
