Job Title : MSSQL Database Administrator

Location : Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the readiness of our database servers, while supporting a growing development team with data modeling, performance tuning, and Azure cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain production and development SQL databases, including backup, recovery, and patching.
• Manage high-availability clusters, configuring mirroring, log shipping, replication, and Always On.
• Oversee Azure SQL Database instances, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage Azure SQL Data Sync and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Optimize and monitor performance for both on-premises and Azure SQL databases.
• Support database migration to Azure, including assessment, planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with development teams for query and schema optimization.
• Conduct routine database maintenance, such as index optimization and integrity checks.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including shifts, late evenings, and weekends as necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
