Position : Patient Care Coordinator – Neurosurgery

Location : Sparsh Hospital, Infantry Road, Bengaluru.

At Sparsh Hospital's Neurosurgery Dept, every spine and brain surgery represents more than a medical procedure. it’s a journey of courage, trust, and healing. Our Neurosurgery Department is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who can guide patients and their families through every stage of that journey with warmth, clarity, and compassion.

What You’ll Do :

Be the reassuring voice patients hear before they meet their neurosurgeon. Help them understand consultations, prepare medical reports, and feel supported.

Stay connected after procedures to ensure post-operative instructions, physiotherapy, and medications are clearly understood and followed.

Offer emotional counselling to patients and caregivers coping with fear, anxiety, or the stress of surgery and recovery.

Work closely with neurosurgeons, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to provide a seamless, reassuring care experience.

Maintain patient records and coordinate follow-up visits so that no patient feels lost in the process.

What You Bring :

A calm and compassionate personality that patients can rely on in difficult times.

Strong communication and listening skills, especially when explaining medical guidance in simple terms.

Experience in patient coordination, counselling, or clinical administration, ideally within a surgical or neurological department.

A deep respect for patient privacy, dignity, and emotional well-being.
