Job Title : Sr. SAP S4H FICO Consultant
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Sr. SAP S4H FICO Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead SAP solutions and process knowledge, providing expertise in SAP FI / CO modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP CO systems, translating business requirements into SAP solutions, leading working sessions, and ensuring the implementation of SAP best practices. The role also involves working closely with the Service Delivery Lead, guiding and mentoring teams, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead fit / gap and other working sessions to understand business needs and requirements.Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, using SAP Best Practices .Lead respective workstreams on assigned projects and collaborate with the Service Delivery Lead to establish project plans.Provide expertise in SAP FI / CO modules , particularly in cost centre accounting (CCA), internal order accounting (IOA), product cost controlling (CO-PC), profitability analysis (CO-PA), and profit centre accounting (PCA).At least two full lifecycle implementations as an SAP CO functional consultant, with a minimum of 5 support projects .Apply in-depth knowledge of business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions related to financial operations.Focus on business process re-engineering and technology enablement .Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on product systems, processes, network architecture, and interface capabilities.Configure SAP CO systems to meet client business requirements, including integrating with SD, PP, MM, and other modules.Develop specifications for interfaces and custom reports and create functional specifications for development objects.Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing with the customer.Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and act as the first adopter for new SAP applications.Support Application Managed Services (AMS) by resolving assigned tickets.Participate in internal projects and collaborate with colleagues to enhance product knowledge.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members.Travel as needed for business requirements and critical issue resolution outside of regular hours.Professional & Technical Skills :
In-depth SAP Solutions and process knowledge, including industry best practices.Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting).Experience in product cost controlling (CO-PC), profitability analysis (CO-PA), cost center accounting (CCA), and internal order accounting (IOA).Minimum of two full lifecycle implementations as SAP CO functional consultant.S4 HANA experience is required.Ability to configure SAP CO systems and integrate with other modules like SD, PP, and MM.Experience in creating functional specifications for development and conducting unit testing.Knowledge of SAP interfaces and custom reports.Strong business process re-engineering skills and the ability to apply SAP to meet business needs.Key Competencies :
