Role Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (1–2 years experience) to join our early-stage startup in Bangalore . You’ll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and scale our core platform — blending technology, curiosity, and customer understanding.

This isn’t a typical corporate role — it’s for someone who loves building things from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to understand how our customers actually work. You’ll be a thinker who asks why before what and how , and who takes ownership from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain frontend (React) and backend (Spring Boot) applications.
• Design and optimize data models using MySQL and MongoDB .
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate real-world business problems into clean, scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across systems.
• Contribute ideas that shape both the product and the process as we grow
