• Strong experience with AS400 / iseries, Synon, RPG, and CL programming
• Proficiency in database concepts, including DB2 / 400
• Knowledge of tools like Aldon, turnover etc
• Strong analytical skills to debus, troubleshoot, and optimize applications effectively
