The position is based in Pune, but it allows for partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of scalable web applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior developers are integral parts of your day-to-day responsibilities.QualificationsProficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js for end-to-end application developmentExperience in front-end design and development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworksStrong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, database management, and server-side frameworksExperience with code versioning tools such as GitAbility to identify and troubleshoot application issues with debugging and performance optimization skillsCapability to lead and mentor junior developers with excellent teamwork and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
