Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales - International FIT (Customize Special Tours) at Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP, located in Pune. The role involves customizing travel itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include selling specialized tours, providing travel advice, and coordinating with local guides and service providers. The candidate will also be involved in sales training and management, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales experience and ability to sell specialized tours
• Proficiency in Sales Management and ability to train sales teams
• Understanding of Japanese culture and travel destinations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
