- Ensure accurate coding and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
- Collaborate with the billing department to optimize the revenue cycle and resolve denials.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external coding reviews.
- Provide coding training and updates to the team.
