Roles & Responsibilities :

This role focuses on making sure the company follows all ethical and legal rules. Here's what the person in this job does :

Guide the Compliance Team

  • Make sure the compliance team members are doing their jobs properly and following the rules.

Track and Fix Issues

  • Keep a record of any mistakes or rule violations and help fix them quickly.

    • Support Business Teams

  • Help sales and marketing teams understand what documents or approvals they need for their activities.

    • Escalate Problems on Time

  • Raise issues to higher management when needed, without delays.

    • Work with Other Departments

  • Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, etc., to ensure everyone is following the same compliance standards.

    • Handle Projects

  • Participate in or lead compliance-related projects to improve processes.

    • Train Employees

  • Conduct training sessions and share regular updates to help employees understand and follow compliance rules.
  • Assess Risks

    • Skills Required

    Guide the Compliance Team, Track and Fix Issues, Support Business Teams, Escalate Problems on Time, Handle Projects
