About The Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mobile Developer with strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, and a solid background in native Android and iOS development.

In this leadership role, you will guide a team of mobile developers, lead architecture decisions, and drive the delivery of high-performance mobile applications across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions with clean, modular code.
• Work hands-on with Android (Kotlin / Java) and iOS (Swift / Objective-C) platforms as needed.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Apply state management solutions such as Cubit or Bloc effectively across applications.
• Utilize and manage Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and code quality.
• Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments.
• Oversee App Store and Google Play submission processes, ensuring compliance and timely releases.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI / UX, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
