We’re looking for a Copywriter Lead who can bring words to life, lead a team of copywriters, and set the tone for breakthrough campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality, creative, and impactful copy across campaigns.

Collaborate with creative directors, art teams, and strategy teams to develop integrated communication ideas.

Write compelling content for digital campaigns, brand films, social media, websites, influencer scripts, emailers, and more.

Maintain brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Drive conceptual thinking for pitches, large-scale campaigns, and brand stories.

Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, culture, and language to keep content fresh and relevant.

Review and refine copy produced by team members to maintain high creative standards.

Partner with clients when required, to present concepts and sell ideas effectively.

Requirements

6–8 years of copywriting experience in advertising / digital agencies.

Proven track record of leading creative campaigns that drove impact.

Strong grasp of digital-first storytelling, brand building, and content strategy.

Exceptional command of English (bonus if you can think in Hinglish too).

Experience managing and mentoring junior writers.

Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the creativity quotient.

A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and campaign impact.
